Payment Policy and Collections

I accept payment through Paypal or personal check for all my products and custom work. If you send a check, please understand that I have to wait for the check to clear before I begin custom work or send a product to you.
For custom projects, I can accept either a deposit payment (50%) or full payment up front. Sorry, I cannot begin work without payment. Once the project is completed, the balance is due and payment must be cleared, before I can ship or digitally transfer the completed project to you. There are NO exceptions to this; e.g. if the Client decides s/he no longer wants the design, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit s/he is still obligated to pay for the work that has been done. Non-payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary. Once full payment is received for a design, and it has been delivered to the client, it is assumed that the project has been completed to the client’s satisfaction and no refunds can be offered.There will be no refunds issued on completed custom work.

Shipping Policy

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. My default shipping method is USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, but on occasion will ship UPS or Fed-Ex.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Custom Orders: If you cancel your order before I begin work on it, I will refund you in full. If I have begun work on your order, please understand that I will need to be compensated for the time I spent working on it, and you will be issued a partial refund.
For custom work, I will involve you in every step of the design and will send you proofs as I am working on it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work, please let me know, and I will make the necessary changes. If your work is lost or damaged in the mail, I can offer either a refund or a re-do if the item is insured. Unless you tell me otherwise, I will purchase insurance with the shipping. I package all of my items extremely carefully, but there is always the chance of damage or loss on the mail carrier’s part.

There are no refunds or exchanges on downloads due to the instant nature of the product.

For ready-made products such as art prints, we allow returns for refunds if the item is shipped back to us within 14 days or less of purchase. If the item is shipped back to us after this time frame, we will happily offer you a store credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition. If an item is not received back in this condition, we reserve the right to offer you store credit instead of a refund, or ship the item back to you for you to keep, at our discretion. If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage and we will be happy to replace your order.
